Group Fitness Coaching with LaMonica Evans

Overview

There’s nothing quite like having a personal coach along with an intimate community of like-minded women to both encourage and hold you accountable in reaching your own fitness goals! In this program you’ll have a tailored guide designed to help you lose weight, tone up and have fun while doing it. If you need somewhere to feel understood, seek encouragement and somewhere that you can go with trusted others that will keep you on your toes. This is perfect for you!

Program Breakdown

Sessions will be held 3 times per week in a disclosed studio gym. Each session will last approximately one hour and will be prescheduled, allowing enough time for accommodation of each trainee before the month of sessions begin.

Workouts will include cardio sessions twice per week & a strength training session for the third meeting. Focus for these sessions:

  • Weight loss
  • Strength Building
  • Toning

Each week there will be a weigh-in and pep-talk where you can bring questions and testimonials that will help & inspire the other ladies as they progress. We are one.

Communication

A private GroupChat will be available for correspondence, Questions, Daily motivation and more. This will be an environment where you can post praises, wins, and keep in touch with the other women on their journeys.

Investment

This program requires a one-time payment of $149 to secure your placement. This will include studio access, GroupMe, training and personalized meal guide for the month.

*You can renew monthly for group coaching or graduate to a 1-on-1 if preferred.
