Overview

You’ve hit a bump in the road and you’re completely tired of coming up short on your fitness goals.

Or perhaps you’ve been looking to get back on track and have lost sight on how to eat healthy and workout. You want the results and need help getting there.

It’s been proven through multiple clients of mine that coaching, nutritional guidance and fitness education leads to success. This is the same framework I used myself while on my fitness journey overseas 2 years ago and is the basis of my personal training programs.

This is a one-on-one personalized program, where I myself will personally guide you through creating a lifestyle change that allows you to not only feel healthier and more confident but ultimately opens up more doors for success in the other areas of your life.

Program Breakdown

This program includes your tailored 7 day meal plan designed specifically for your body composition in relation to your fitness goals.

  • Meal Structuring
  • Foods/Preparation
  • Meal Planning
  • Food Journal

Personalized exercise program with workouts 4 days out of the week including both strength and cardio exercises.  These exercises will be targeting various muscle groups and will include both home workouts and gym machines if you prefer.

  • Upper body (Biceps, Triceps, Lats, Deltoids, etc.)
  • Lower body (Calves, Glutes, Hamstrings, Quads, etc.)
  • Core (Abdominals, etc.)

Communication

will take place twice a week via email & video chat, consisting of:

  • Weigh-ins
  • Program Adjustments
  • Q & A
  • Take-a-ways

This is a very intimate program that involves multiple weekly check ins, appropriate changes in programs, Q&A, and progress tracking.

This workout regimen when partnered with the personal meal plan will definitely get you leaner and noticeable results in 8 weeks or less!

The selection process requires that those interested apply for a complimentary 30 minute fitness consulting call.
